Pricing

The LASIK surgery fee is $1200 per eye. The pre-operative exam, surgery and facility fees, medications, all follow-up visits and any necessary enhancements within one year of your procedure are included in the surgery fee.

Enhancement Policy

If you do need an enhancement (think of it as a touch up surgery), Dr. Moore will perform the surgery free of charge within the first year.
